An introductory conversation, a written brief, and a signed mandate before any property is shown. Acquisitions usually conclude within 60 to 120 days; advisory engagements are retained annually.
Acquisition and brokerage are success-fee based. Advisory and portfolio stewardship are billed on a fixed retainer agreed at the outset. There are no referral commissions, ever.
