Ask the atelierYes, selectively. We onboard a small number of new commissions each year so that no project competes with another for attention on site.
A dedicated project lead reports to the principal of works. Clients receive a single point of contact, weekly written updates, and access to a private site dashboard.
Open-book costing with quantity surveyor sign-off. Variations are quoted in writing before any work proceeds, and a monthly statement reconciles spend against the approved budget.
Often we do. We collaborate readily with external architects, structural engineers and designers, and we are equally able to lead the consultant team in-house.
Twelve months of defects liability as standard, with a full snag walk at three, six and eleven months. Critical trades remain on call for the lifetime of the building.
